Focus Areas

UNDP’s Global Programme provides comprehensive rule of law and human rights assistance that spans seven areas of work: (i) Political Engagement; (ii) Institution Building; (iii) Community Security (iv) Human Rights Systems; (v) Access to Justice; vi) Transitional Justice; and (vii) Gender Justice. In addition, the Global Programme is investing in innovation to foster creative solutions to justice and security challenges. In each focus area tab, we provide an overview of UNDP’s approach and highlight one of our signature initiatives that has increased our impact in 2018.
